Records of Villa Bonelli already appear in the Leopoldine Land Registry of 1825: a noble residence featuring two main floors and one service level, all overlooking a magnificent garden.
Walking along the road, one can notice the century-old magnolia extending beyond the walls — from this very garden, Alessandro Manzoni admired the Tuscan countryside during his visits to his daughter Vittoria, who was married in Siena and lived at Villa Bonelli.

Although it is very close to the city center, Villa Bonelli lies just outside the walls, beyond the limited traffic zone. This allows guests to easily reach the Villa by car, without having to park far away or walk long distances.
